THE FAMOUS Imperial Chinese Restaurant on Wicklow St, Dublin 2 is the Chinese restaurant that every Chinese person (and even celebrities!) in Dublin can rely on for its renowned authentic dishes including its full-range of Dim Sum....and now there are TWO of them.
The main city-centre restaurant is just off Grafton St - everyone knows it. The family-run business managed by Mr and Mrs Cheung, has served traditional Chinese cuisine cooked by expert chefs from Hong Kong since 1983.
The new sister restaurant in Leopardstown was opened in 2008. This smaller restaurant offers the same authentic Chinese and Thai dishes including traditional Dim Sum starters that can be enjoyed away from the bustling city in contemporary, relaxed surroundings or in your own home via the take-away or delivery service.
Reasonably priced, the dishes are complimented by a friendly and professional service. There is also a great value special-set 3-course lunch menu available at €15.
The new Imperial Chinese Restaurant is located at the Leopardstown Shopping Centre, beside Dunnes Stores and only 6 minutes from the Sandyford LUAS stop and Leopardstown Racecourse. There’s free parking, its open 7 days and kids are welcome too!
